In a move that has brought relief and appreciation, Indian Consulates across Canada have started organizing Life Certificate Camps for NRI pensioners.
Earlier, pensioners had to mail notarized forms or book in-person consulate appointments ,a time-consuming and stressful process for many elderly NRIs.
